Paired with Sovren’s Resume/CV Parser, licensing of the optional Sovren Semantic Matching Engine implements an affordable, scalable, stable commercial search engine wrapped into a Web Service with an HTML client interface.

The Sovren Semantic Matching Engine requires no database, comes with its own indexer application, and is ready to run out-of-the box.

The Sovren Semantic Matching Engine is capable of extraordinarily sophisticated searches, including concept-based searches, semantic searches, and fuzzy searches.

We believe in providing our clients with all the tools necessary to find the best candidates possible. We also believe you should not be charged extra for features and functionality that help you get the most of the Sovren Technology.

System Requirements

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher (x86 or x64 editions). For server applications, we recommend Windows 2003/2008 Server Web Edition, as it is lightweight, stable, fast and inexpensive. We do not support Mono or other non-Microsoft platforms.

Memory: 1gb of RAM, more for very large indexes or many indexes
50 MB of disk space for runtime program files
Additional disk space for documents and indexes (approximately 1gb per 50,000 documents)

CPU: Any CPU that can run Windows 2000 or higher. For server applications, we recommend dual-CPU machines with fast multi-core processors.
