Scalability

The two largest job boards in the world use Sovren software. The largest offline resume aggregator in the world uses Sovren software. You can't get more scalable than that. No other resume parser has ever been proven to be as scalable.

Not that other vendors don’t make absurd claims. One vendor claims that their hosted software handles “tens of thousands of resumes at one time in under a second.” Just to be clear, that would be equivalent to processing at least 2,000,000,000 (yes, two billion) resumes per day, or trillions per year. (For the record, this is the same vendor that claims 99.9% accuracy). At another place on their website, they claim that they “can currently process over 600 resumes per minute,” which is about 10 per second. So, their two scalability claims differ by 100,000%.

The truth is that only the Sovren Resume/CV Parser has been proven to handle the largest real-world loads. The largest online resume site and the largest offline resume processor both use Sovren, and the number of scalability problems they have reported to Sovren since inception is: 0.
