Compatibility

The Sovren Resume/CV Parser is written completely in C# using the Microsoft .NET Framework. The Parser itself must be run on a Windows OS machine. However, integration with non-Windows environments is extremely simple and can be accomplished with any of our zero-code deployment options or the supplied SovrenConvertAndParse Web Service which you will run on your own network.

System Requirements

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher (x86 or x64 editions). For server applications, we recommend Windows 2003/2008 Server Web Edition, as it is lightweight, stable, fast and inexpensive.

Memory: The Converter and Parser require a combined total of approximately 200 MB plus 10 MB per concurrent conversion/parse. For server or batch applications we recommend at least 1GB of available RAM.

CPU: Any CPU that can run Windows 2000 or higher. For server applications, we recommend multi-CPU machines with fast processors.

Free Hard Disk Space:
Development installation: 100 MB
Sovren Resume/CV Parser (runtime): 5 MB
Sovren Document Converter (runtime): 7-20 MB plus some temporary file space during conversions

Prerequisites: .NET Framework Runtime 2.0 SP1 or higher, with latest service packs.
